Owlett to Host Concealed Carry Seminar in Wellsboro

WHAT: Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford/Potter) will host a Concealed Carry Seminar for more than 240 registered attendees. The seminar will feature Tioga County Sheriff Frank Levindoski, who will share information about the state’s firearms laws and Pennsylvania’s Castle Doctrine. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

WHEN: Thursday, Sept. 27, 6-8 p.m.

WHERE: PA Army National Guard Armory,1810 Shumway Hill Road, Wellsboro.
