Rep. Clint Owlett and Speaker of the House Mike Turzai met with Robin Adams, who runs I’MPACT, a nonprofit organization that oversees the county’s Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program; Child Advocacy Center (CAC); Asa’s Place, which helps mothers and babies born with neonatal abstinence syndrome; and Nurture Me, which helps develop plans for safe care of infants and babies affected by maternal drug use.
