About Clint
Clinton Owlett was sworn in to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives on June 5 following a special election in the 68th Legislative District.

His decision to become a public servant was derived from his close family ties to the community, small business experience and deep Christian faith.

Clint was born and raised in Tioga County, having grown up on a dairy farm in Middlebury Center. He graduated from New Covenant Academy High School in 2001 and went on to complete his education at Three Springs Ministries, through its True North Internship. He also worked at Three Springs Ministry, first as director of program development and then as general manager. Clint also worked in the family store, Owlett’s Sunshine Farm Market, where he learned the fundamentals of running a small business in Pennsylvania. He later went to work for Ski Sawmill Family Resort.

After years of working for others and developing a love for small business, Clint started his own construction and decorative concrete business in 2012.

He currently serves with the leaders at Wellsboro Bible Church and has formerly served on the New Covenant Academy School Board. In addition, he has coached baseball and served as a PIAA umpire.

Clint lives in Liberty with his wife, Lauren, and their four young children, Colton, Calvin, Anna and Chase.

His love for the many communities that make up the 68th District and the values that all those in the Northern Tier hold near and dear to their hearts are what will keep him grounded during his time in office.
